This Ethiopian Yirgachefe is the humble Single Track in coffee’s long and storied history. Ethiopia is considered the birthplace of coffee. This Ethiopian single origin coffee provides a medium body with a bright, clean taste, strong floral notes, high acidity, and sometimes a hint of toasted coconut. Single track can be enjoyed hot or iced.

The town of Yirgachefe is in Ethiopia’s Sidama region. Ethiopian Yirgachefe’s are spicy, fragrant, and often considered the best high-grown coffee in southern Ethiopia. The Sidama region is known for some of the highest quality Arabica coffees in the world. Coffee grows slowly here due to the high altitude, which allows more time for flavors to develop.
